Do you offer cash-on-delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer COD at this time.

Yes, enter your coupon code at checkout. See our loyalty discounts on the About Us page — save up to 2% on large orders.

Is payment secure?

I would like to change my ordered items. What should I do?

How do I return a product?

Products with quality defects are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt. Opened products cannot be returned. Contact info@bestpuffs.shop to initiate a return.
