1. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times typically range from 7-15 business days for delivery. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number at www.17track.net. Please allow 1-2 days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
3. Cancellations & Address Changes
You may cancel an order or update the shipping address at any time before the products are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds or address changes.
