1. Return Conditions
We accept returns for all unopened, unused and undamaged products within 7 days of receipt. After inspection of the return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. For assistance, contact us at info@bestpuffs.shop.
2. Disposable Products
Guarantees for disposable vapes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Defective disposable products will be refunded via the original payment method. We do not offer an exchange or replacement service for disposable vapes.
Covered defects: Dead on arrival, automatic firing, leaking on arrival.
Not covered: Flavour preference, expected battery life, normal wear and tear.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
4. How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@bestpuffs.shop with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
We will provide a return shipping label where applicable. Please note that shipping costs are at our discretion and may vary — this fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover all return shipping costs.
6. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact us at info@bestpuffs.shop with subject line “Cancellation request: [order number]”. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may refuse the parcel upon delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. Best Puffs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
